Why lug your own towels when you can hire high quality towels for your stay which will be replaced with freshly laundered ones each week (please bring your own beach towels).

Take the hassle out of your first evening with us and get straight into holiday mode. Typical meal includes a main course with fresh salads and breads and a platter of French cheeses (and/or a platter of charcuterie) with a dessert. One bottle of local Bergerac wine per 3 adults with fruit juice and soft drinks in addition.
Please let us know in advance if any guests have special dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Nearby to the Gite is a local organic open air vegetable farm, which sells fresh seasonal produce directly to villagers. The produce is delicious, and the farm supplies the nearest restaurant to the Gite, which is Michelin listed. We can arrange for one or more boxes of veg to be provided for you on arrival (advance notice required, produce varies by season).
An additional double bedroom next door to the Gite is usually available to rent if your group is larger than 12 guests. The room has its own separate entrance, a toilet, sink and shower. It is located only a few metres away from the Gite and is well suited to Guests who may have difficulty with the steps inside the Gite. The room has apparent stone walls and a large sandstone fireplace (actually the ancient bread oven).

Hire bikes (including electric bikes) for part or all of your stay. A wonderful way to explore the local surroundings.

Optional Extras (at additional cost)
We want your holiday to be as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, and your hosts, Kate and Anthonin are on hand to provide a 'concierge service' to enable you to make the most of your visit to the Dordogne. We can recommend restaurants and other activities and are happy to make advance bookings on your behalf, particularly useful during high season when local businesses are very busy or if you do not speak French. We can also book taxis and touring trips on your behalf.
Bed linen is provided within the cost of the Gite rental and is replaced weekly. You will find enough tea, coffee and milk for your first evening.
